Default OME or Metalcloak

Currently on my 2dr I have 18/59 coils. I purchased OME shocks but did not purchase the long travel version of the shocks. I am kicking myself in the butt for not doing so but when I looked at the shocks on ARB's website under the vehicle application page it only listed the regular Nitrocharger Sport shock and not the long travel. It wasn't until I started looking for a lift to pair with the shocks I bought that I noticed the long travel ones.

Here are the shock lengths that I was able to find:
Regular LT
Collapsed 13.70" 15.90"
Extended 22.83" 27.28"

Based off of the measurements it looks like the Regular will allow the tire to stuff more but the LT will allow longer travel and more droop.

I would rather not purchase the LT shocks and continue to use the shocks I already have. I don't rock crawl and very rarely need to disconnect my swaybar where I go wheeling. I hit the trails about once a month. Given this information should I go with the Metalcloak kit that is usually used with the LT shocks or should I go with the OME since it recommends the shocks that I have?

I have the long travel shocks with my MC lift. If you're just running stock springs they wouldn't help you much. They're mainly for when you're running big tires with a couple inches of bumpstop added on so you regain the up travel you lost with down travel. If you were running 35s with 3 inches of bumpstop though, they would help.

I'm just going to return the regular OME shocks and get the LT. Easy fix since I haven't installed the shocks yet.
