Default Sound bar rattle

I replaced the speakers in the sound bar so I could get rid of the terrible vibration when I turn up the music but even still it's real bad, any one cured this problem yet?

Stuff the speaker openings in the soundbar with polyfil (polyester pillow stuffing stuff sold at home hobby/sewing/craft stores).

Don't waste your money going to a hobby store for poly fill. Go to walmart and get there $2.50 polyfill pillow (usually on end cap in pillow isle) cut pillow open and pull the fill out. You will only use at max a half pillow... Safe yourself some cash and do it that way

So I filled the sound bar with poly fill expecting for good results......but only to find out that it made no difference. However I did work in a 2008 jeep today and installed a MTX 5 channel amp with components and a 10" sub and it by far is the best sounding jeep I have worked on to this day. I have come to the conclusion that the amplifiers that jeep puts into the vehicles have a very low output and are not powerful enough to give good quality sound. I have decided to try installing the Alpine 5 channel with an 8 inch sub and infinity components in mine hopefully this solves the problem

I stuffed and dynamatted my soundbar and yet still I had vibrations and rattles with certain frequencies. I then took off the grilles and found that it cured the problem. It seems that certain frequencies were causing the grille to resonate and vibrate.

Mine did the same thing, The screws holding the soundbar to the rollcage were loose, check all those.

I don't think you can do much. That whimsy plastic rattlebar will rattle as soon as you turn up the volume. Just get rid of the rear speakers, you don't need them. Get quality speakers up front, get a nice amplifier to power them. That's the exact setup I have in my Jeep, and I would go deaf and my ears would bleed within 15 seconds if I ever maxed out my front speakers.

I used Pollyfill and used a foam tape (sticky on one side) to line the opening as well wrapped the inside and circular opening edges. All vibrations now gone.
