Default Synergy draglink not flipped

I I added the synergy draglink. I am flipping it but not yet.

I also have the synergy tie Rod. The grease fitting from the draglink is just barely clearing the TRE. To the point that after my first drive it was gone... I hope the threaded end is not inside the draglink end now. If it is is that something to be concerned about? I'm thinking the fitting material is no match for the joint, and it will just get mashed up if it is in there.

I switched to a lower profile fitting and it seems ok. I going to put on a slimmer one tomorrow, the one that requires a needle adapter.

I run both of these Synergy parts. I don't have this issue, but agree with a picture of you can snap one.

that's the Synergy tie rod? I have the same set up, and have no clearance issues between the two.

Little heavy on the grease! Lol

Are your pitman arm threads extended out that much also?
If not, I'd split the difference between pitman and knuckle sides.
That looks like too much wound out on those man.

^^Yeah, it shouldn't exceed 3.5" from center of tie rod end to the crush nut.

I don't think it would have gone inside the TRE. If it made contact with the tie rod it would have fell off onto the road.

Pretty sure it is a synergy Rod. Came with the axle when I bought it and I could have sworn that what it was.

I have less than 3" of threads out. The instructions called for no more than 3.5".

I will be flipping it in a 1-2 weeks so they will get wound back in then also...

No ideas on the clearance issue?

Oh maybe I read the instructions wrong... "Center of tie Rod end"

I'll fix that
