Power inverter
The back is probably a great place. My inverter isn't all that big (600 watts) and I have it under the front passenger seat. It's a fairly easy cable run for the power wires as they fit nicely under the door sill molding. It's possible for the rear seat passengers to rest their feet on it if they try but so far, so good.
I have an 800 watt mounted under the back seat of my 4 door. I mounted it to the under side of the center portion of the seat. This protects it from weather and any water or mud that gets in the Jeep.
Check on the inverter for its maximum amperage. Then determine how far you're running wire. Then use any of the charts for 12V systems to determine the correct gauge of wire. 1150/12=95 amps but that's probably lower than its rated for.

Have to take in consideration of the inverter, so divide this by .8, so ~120 is safe bet.
