U Joint for Coast 1310 Driveshaft

U Joint for Coast 1310 Driveshaft
Anyone know what truck and year would use the same 1310 u-joint that Coast uses? I know the Spicer part number but I'm curious for other brands of u-joints and don't know what truck and year to use to get the right one. I tried a 1979 Ford F150 and it was the wrong one. Thanks
