Front Tire Wear
Hey everyone, looking for some help here. I'm still new to jeeps and I recently added spacers to my 2.5 teraflex coil with shocks lift kit. The kit ran the tires (35" trail grapplers) before the spacers. Once I installed the spacers I noticed uneven wear on inside of front tires. I had the tires rotated and an alignment done. Everything was aligned properly. Just had new tires put on after alignment and new shocks and now I am noticing the same tire wear on the front. Only 150 miles have been driven on new tires. Any ideas? Ball joints? It is a 2012 JK 4 door with 30k on it.

x2. A tech telling you that the alignment is ok may not be the same thing as it actually being ok.
Coils spacers, not wheel spacers, correct? What size? Do you have any form of caster correction? What psi are you running in the tires? How often are they rotated? (not trying to point at anything specific, just gathering details)
Stuck to the top of the Write-Ups area is a great diagnosis for deathwobble and shimmy. Wouldn't hurt to open it up.

People may call BS on this but this was my problem too! I had the same problem with my budget boost. I got the same answers when I asked for help. This is what I found out. 1. there is some toe in on alignment and no adjustment for camber.
2. adding and reducing lift effects that camber by rotation of axle without using new proper length control arms.
3. without changing anything else and putting a proper lift on my jeep with new control arms all of MY WEAR ISSUES STOPPED!.
I even had people tell me that it didn't matter because there was no adjustment. Since there was no adjustment it will pass an alignment but still be off because wheels are in line. Sent using smoke signals
