I'm going to get another opinion on alignment by a Jeep 4x4 shop to see what they say. My tire pressure is set at 32 psi right now. Also, yes, coil spacers not wheel spacers are installed. I checked ball joints today and there was no movement at all. Not sure what to look at next. I'll post last alignment sheet for any ideas.

Just looked at your profile.

Terra flex 2.5" coil with shocks added 2" coil spacers up front and 1.75" in rear.
JKS front and rear adjustable tack bars.
So 4.5 - 5 inches of lift up front? You have adj trackbars to center the axles, but still using stock control arms, no caster correction? And the alignment guy says the caster is ok? hmm... Ok to him must mean "it's low, but I can't adjust it, so it's ok."

Anyway, I haven't actually seen many people complaining about tire wear from low caster, just a whole lot of people complaining about the handling.

On a side note --> be sure to crawl underneath and check your driveshaft joints on a regular basis!
