Default Ways to mount front plate with KO Offroad bumper and winch???

I am ready to purchase a KO Offroad JK 01 front bumper and an Engo 9000 winch. My state requires me to display a front license plate. I am looking for good ways to get my front license plate securely attached without a ton of work or modification. If anyone has overcome this issue and would like to share your solution, it would be greatly appreciated! I have a few ideas, but I still believe there has to be some better ways. I tried some searches on here but didn't have any luck.

I guess I should add I was wanting to go with the synthetic line and it does not the roller fairlead. I have seen the clip-on license plate bracket you can get for the roller fairlead.

Just zip tie it to the bar or drill holes and screw if in where you want it. OR, stick it in your front windshield.

My state requires them but I have not run one in over three years and I've never been pulled over for it. I have even gone through DUI stops and they didn't say anything. Maybe just keep it under your seat in case.

Thank you very much! That is exactly what I was looking for! I had found the one that clips to the roller type fairlead, but had never seen this one. I try not to be that guy who can't find anything on his own! I had done a lot of looking and hadn't seen one for that type of fairlead. I bought my first Wrangler last December, and I'm still learning a lot. It's great to have a place like this forum to pick the brains of the experts! I'm trying to get "The Brick" somewhat ready for a trip to Colorado in a few months. Thanks again for all of your responses!
