Default Window switch lights. (how to replace?)

My window switch button lights have gone dark (front panel). How do I get to them and replace bulbs without screwing anything up?

Unfortunately you would have to replace the switch pods. The lights are not serviceable

I have seen a thread somewhere which described how to remove the bulbs and replace them with LEDs.
Do a google search for: LED light upgrade for your power window switches
