I want to put a reciever hitch under the winch mount on a used stubby bumper I picked up cheap I have search threads but have not found one that shows if there is a cross support that will be in the between the mounts

 

We're kind of in the same boat, my friend. Been looking for a front stubby bumper with a hitch receiver and have not found anything pre-made as of yet. I'll be building my own front bumper here pretty soon. How I have it figured as of now, it will be a stubby with factory fog light holes, D-ring mounts, and the hitch receiver in the middle.
