For those running Mud Terrain Toyos, specfically 37s...does your Jeep pull to the right?

Yes... That being said yes Toyos pull to the right over all but most all roads ver to the right for rain run off. Every toyo MT is the same depending on width and load range. Pull to the right is the norm with these tires. But lift height, specs, alignment, ect ect will play a major factor as well.

Never heard of such a thing. No certain tire brand or one of their tire models will "overall" make vehicles pull one way or the other. If they do then can you rotate them all so they are spinning the other way and now said vehicle will pull left? No way. I do agree you can get a bad tire and that said tire will cause a pull (we called it radial pull when I worked at a tire shop). In that case usually you can get a new tire under warranty.

It's the tread pattern. Toyo mt and cooper stt pull right. Nitto trail grapplers pull left. It's common to the tires but not specific to any particular vehicle. If you google it you get people from the full size truck crowd asking the same question.

Had MT Toyo 37's for years, never had a pull left or right. Sounds like you need a good alignment shop and rotate your tires more often.

I still diagree. I have toyos in 40" and it drives straight. If this was the case they wouldn't be on the market. Trail grapplers don't pull left either.

Ok, I guess everyone on that has asked about this is making it up and all have bad alignments. Aside from the fact that it has been checked numerous times by swapping tires with someone else and having the issue move from one jeep to the other. I'm also going to ignore the fact that you're running ram assist with the 40's because there's no way that is going to hide a very slight pull. You both must be correct. It is very well documented, it is not a defect with the tires. It is purely a result of the tread pattern. But what do I know. I've only ran two sets of toyo's in different sizes, now running cooper stt's, numerous alignments and component changes over time and the only thing that was constant was a slight pull to the right.

I have to agree with JE8154 .... I currently run 37" MTR's looking to switch to a new tire next summer just for a change...... And the two tires I've been researching are the Toyo's open country MT and the Nitto's ..... And I've read over and over the same thing about one brand pulls left the other to the right...... Even after guys have dumped money into alignments and replacing other parts .... Leaning towards the Nitto's now tho I've always liked my buddy's Toyo's

I always noticed my stts pulled to the left. Never really bothered me since it was so slight. Everyone acts like the pull is so drastic it'll pull them off the road.

I agree. I also have a 2012 Ram 2500 and this topic has come up several times on Cumminsforum.com.
