Default Jks rear shock relocation

Does anyone have any feed back on using these jks relocation brackets? I bought a set and I was thinking about the rebound and compression of the shock. Will that affect road worthiness? I know I smacked that part of my axle a few times on a few rocks so I'm eager to put them on and try them out. Any info is appreciated.

They look like evo rock stars but with less material and for more money.

All they do is raise the lower mount which will result in less up travel and more down travel in the suspension. Ride quality should not be affected unless you bottom out the suspension easily.

Have not seen the JKS ones until now. Not trying to rep or push evo stuff but there rockstar skids and relocates are nice and beefy for cheaper. When i went this route i had to change my bump stop pads to keep the shocks from bottoming out.

EVO: Bumper/Armor/Skids, Rock Star Skids by EVO MFG.

I went with the EVO Rockstars and with the Synergy upper rear shock mounts to regain shock travel....

how do you like the Synergy upper mounts? Any install problems? I'm debating these now.

Keep in mind that when you lean the shocks over that they won't operate and move quite as they're designed. Even when you move the shock, you want it to still move freely as you cycle the suspension and go for the "flex" everyone seeks.

Get a set of rockstars & say goodbye to your up travel; It's all about the drop. Lol

I thought you wanted a longer extended shock since you're killing your uptravel with the mounts. With 3" bumstops or relocation mounts, you better be 4" higher than stock and have at least 28" extended shocks
