Amazing customer service from ARB. Considering a new compressor? Look there first.
Had my faith renewed in customer service finally. It seems that getting people to do what is minimally expected of them is difficult these days, but ARB went over the top with this one.
Lost my compressor on the last day at Moab, which I can't complain about. Sent ARB a note about it when I got home, fully expecting to be told to order a new one, or at least pay for repairs on the existing one. They had me check a few things out and based upon what I found, they had me ship it to their service department. They got it last week and I didn't hear anything, so I expected the worst. Sent a note and got a response back today telling me they shipped me a new compressor. They weren't kidding! No questions asked, no nothing, and they covered the shipping. This was the compressor that came on the used Jeep that I bought back in July. Now that's service!
They're my go to from here on out. Oh, and my fridge in the Jeep is ARB as well. You don't have one yet?
