Wouldn't it be nice if I could post a list of the things I wanted to buy in a forum/thread and have different vendors send me quotes so I wouldn't have to call every one of them to compare over and over?

I guess that would consume a lot of their time and there is always the chance that the person requesting the quote won't buy so it's wasted time.

But we can dream, can't we?
