Default Factory Seat Issue? 09 X Model

My passenger seat started rattling today (have a 2009 X model). I thought it was the seat bolts but its not...if you push on the sides of the seat it feels like somethings pulling off the track or giving way. Also found a tiny cotter pin in the back floorboard and the back of the seat has some play. When sitting back you can feel it's not as secure as the driver side back.

Any ideas? May have to pull the seat out this weekend but not sure I'm going to know what I'm looking at.....

So I just found this cable isnt connected on passenger seat. Will dig around but can anyone tell me what this is supposed to secure to? Trying to not have to pull the seat. All functions work even with it disconnected. Will go forward and bag as well as recline and lock. Somethings not right as found tiny cotter pin in back floor...but all functions work just cant find where this cable goes.

Can't just look under the Driver's seat and see where it clips on that side?

Not certain, but thinking maybe it's to the sensor for passenger side airbag....telling if someone is in the seat or not. Since it is unclipped it might just think that someone is actually sitting there (as in weight relieving tension on the wire) even though there isn't. Someone else might chime in that knows for sure. I'm not at home or I'd look at mine.

If you require more space, you should just be able to unscrew the 4 bolts and lean the seat backwards rather than completely remove it. that cable could very well just clip to the springs under the seat, but I'd suspect there is a specific spot.
