Today I swapped my Dana 30 front axle for another Dana 30 axle with 4.88s,a front locker, and gussets. Everything went great, except on the new axle, the top drag link attachment point on the knuckle seems to be missing the sleeve . No clue how that happened but I need that sleeve and can't find it anywhere! I see teraflex makes one, but not sure if that will work for stock application.
Anybody have this happen before?

I may just do that, or order the jks flip drag link for $200
Make sure you raise the track bar mount on the axle if you flip the drag link. The drag link and track bar mustbe parallel or you will have terrible bump steer.

Yep, the JKS drag link comes with a bracket for the track bar. I'm going to order an additional inner drag link tie rod for the pitman arm, then both ends will be new. Also new tie rod ends/kit so its all new. Any recommendations on the tie rod ends?? Seems like MOOG and Omix-ada are decent. I have a JKS 2.5 lift currently

So you currently have the factory TR? oof. If you leave the pavement, I'd save the money on TREs, and just wait till you need a whole new TR. that factory unit is so weak. Fine I guess for the pavement, but one good knock on a rock......
TR's don't have to be pricey either.....Bora Bora just build one out of 7075 aluminum with 1-ton ends for less than $200.
I would not put a high steer on a 2.5 lift because you need at least 3-3.5" of bump stop and that will hurt your up travel and I doubt you need a high steer with a 2.5" lift.
