I'm planning to Regear my 2017 JKU Sahara to 4.88 gear . I'm looking for shops around Houston TX. that can do it.

Assuming you're not putting any sort of locker or LSD in, the typical cost here in Texas is $1200-1500 which included parts and labor. Start adding traction devices and you obviously have to account for their cost as well.

4 wheel parts has a couple of locations in Houston and I know that they do gear swaps, at least at some of their locations, and are competent. And I have heard they are reasonable on their costs.
