Limit strap with Falcon 2.1 shocks

Limit strap with Falcon 2.1 shocks
I called Northridge 4x4 to ask about limit straps and they informed me that Falcon shocks don't need a limit strap due to there design. Is that accurate?

That's a complex question where a lot more info would be needed for someone just to make a bad guess. The thedirtmans sticky may help. I've spent time obsessing over compressed and extended shock lengths, but never used limit straps.
