The sway bar bracket goes on the driver side. I’ll take a pic of mine if you need and show you.

Well we couldn't figure it out in time so he welded part 1 and 2 . After he left I later realized what it was for when putting it all together along with reading your replies lol ...
On the bright side even though it's very tight, i can still get a nut and bolt in there, just not the OEM one... I'll be hitting ACE hardaware in the AM for a lower profile but/bolt. It's zip tied today.. also need to spray it black

I will say the bracket is BEEFY, Thanks for everyone's input on this vs a bracket that attaches to the OEM causing stress on both

After looking at the Barnes 4x4 bracket that Dirtman suggested in the other thread, the one benefit I saw it had was a SS mount on it already which might have been better, but that Artec bracket will be fine too. When you see what those 1/4" brackets are like you realize how wimpy the factory brackets are. On my old rubicon axle I had replaced the control arm and shock mount brackets with 1/4" as well.

not sure if your pic is the fully welded pic or not. But you’ll want to weld a bead on the front edge by the sway bar link.
