Default Custom Seat Idea

i just had a neat idea... a seat that attaches to the tail gate that can fold down when its open ... got a good picture in my head, dont know if im saying it right. What do yall think? it would be easier to install and useful... i think.

Any feedback would be great.

Default as I stated

Before.. if you add legs to the bottom of the seat that support the seat on the floor of the jeep I dont think you will really have to worry about the tailgat bending and breaking.

Why not build a seat base on a hitch reciever and put it there?

How about something like this?
