Latest Mod to 2.5" Teraflex BB
On Sunday, I added Skyjacker 3/4" spacers up front to really level my Jeep up nice. I am almost 100% certain, this set-up would easily clear 35" tires. My 34's have lots of room at this point and I really like the stance (I know what everyone is going to say, pics please! I am out of town right now without my camera). Anyhow, I would strongly recommend, if you are going with the 2.5", go ahead and pick up a set of 3/4" spacers to throw up front for a really nice set up. They were $40 shipped and had I put them on in the first place, I wouldn't have had to drop the axle, springs, etc. all over again!
I just drove 500 miles in the last 2 days, no driveline issues at all. She rides stiff, but most of that has to do with the fact that I am running 8-ply tires, it was -5 degrees yesterday morning, and it's like riding around on 4 SOLID ICE tires in these temps!

I hope my Teraflex BB is here by the weekend. I was thinking of leaving out the rear rubber isolater instead of jacking up the front more to level her out a tad. But I am only running 34's and don't plan on going up to 35's.
Hey Duffman, let us know how that works out when you don't reuse the rubber spacer. I was thinking of doing the same thing to level out my 2-door. It only sits about 1/2" higher in the rear after installing my 2.5" Tera lift.

Do all the Rubi's sit lower in the front stock?
I mesured the gap above all 4 tires and the Sahara seems to be sitting perfectly level. I assume if I put in the 2.5" Teraflex it will still be level since they are just spacers.

dont measure from above the tires, measure from the frame or from the body below the doors.
