Default Cat Back Exhaust Removal

Just wrestled with my exhaust for about 4 hours before finding out that you need a Hanger Removal Pliers to remove the hangars from rubber. not sure if it's possible to remove without them?

Having a lift so you can make good use of a rubber mallet (or sledge hammer) is very helpful too.

(A good power wash underneath so all the leftover trail material doesn't fall in your eyes would have been a good idea too)

A little squirt of Armor All and pull them off with your hands works for me...

WD-40 did the trick for me on the hangars too.

They're a PITA though.

That or dish washing soap...You can also use a large screw driver or a pry bar to help with the rubber hangars....

Large screwdriver for pry-bar with lube worked on some of mine,
Riciprocating saw took care of the others!
