Default Can I fit these rims/tires

I may be able to pick up some Pro Comp Xtremes 315/70R17, - on Pro Comp Wheels - 17x9, 5-on-5 bolt pattern, -6mm offset, 4.75" back spacing.

Right now I have a 2" BB on my Sahara.

I know nothing about wheels... I have seen some pics of people running 35"s with a 2" lift. I think the setup looks really good and a nice stout stance.

Does anyone think I would have problems fitting these? And wheeling with this set up. Backspacing etc, rubbing etc. I have to be careful right now when I disco my teraflex quick discos cuz they rub my stock tires when I turn if I lock the sway bar links to the pin they give you for when your runnin disco'd

I dont do any hardcore wheeling, but I like to get our there and enjoy a flexing good time now and again.

Thanks! My jeep may be growing up soon

You won't have any problem running that set up. Backspacing should generally be 4.5", but when I had my stock rims and wheel spacers, I ended up with 4.75" of backspacing while running 35x12.5 on the Jeep. The only issue I could see you having would be if you flexed it much while wheeling, you will probably rub on the fenders some. It depends on which BB you are running. Even though it is listed as a 2" lift, it might be giving you more than that. You will be fine though for pavement and light off roading.

Oh, and you will need to trim or take off your plastic "skid plate" under the front bumper. Your tires will rub it when you turn full left/right. I took mine off and threw it away since it serves no real purpose.

Thanks for the quick reply... I wonder how our auto trans would hold up in the long run... we do have the factory rear 44 and 4.10s.. so maybe ok...

i have 4.75" backspacing and the factory 32/11.5/17 tires. i want to go to 33/12.5 tires but i dont think i have the clearance; the bolts on the rear sway bar links are uncomfortably close to the inner side wall of the tires. i would have no problem if i had a bit more backspacing...

Brne4x4, you'll likely have some rubbing at full flex with a 2" BB and 315/70R17 tires. The rubbing might be substantial enough that your fender flares will pop off at full flex. Nothing a 1" body lift won't fix though.

Mine's been fine. I turn off the overdrive though as soon as I start the Jeep...until I regear. Doesn't bother me though, after all, it's not a sports car.
