So I decided to rewire my lockers...
And I did. Now I can control them no matter the t-case position.
I used switches that are similar to the ARB, but they are custom and have more then 1 light circuit in them. The main light in the center of the switch operates with the dash lights. However, the lower light that indicates that are on I am running through a ground interrupt circuit using the factory engagement sensor. So, when I hit the switch, the 2nd light does not come on until the locker is confirmed to be engaged.
