Hey all, Got me a new JE REEL 1310 HD driveshaft for the rear of my 2 door sitting on 4 inch lift and 35's.
Now Im putting this is tonight and I was wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of the write up that was on here awhile ago or just tell me the tools they used for their rear driveshaft.
Thanks,

you can find something here: https://www.jk-forum.com/forums/jk-write-ups-39/installing-je-reel-1350-rear-driveshaft-28160/
No that this link is for a 1350 if you have a 1310 JE REEL you may have a yoke at the T. case instead of a flange. I would like to add also that the thinny metal piece that prevent dust to get in the diff and t. case is quite a challange to remove re-install. In fact I did it at the t. case yoke removed and try to re-install on the new JE REEL yoke (which was not provided) and I had to deform this metal pice enough that it cost me the t. case o-ring and a leaking, which I had to refill the t. case with almost 1 liter of fuild.
I didn't even bother with the dust covers...
The only thing you need to remove the stock rear driveshaft is a gear puller, 1-1/4 socket for the transfer case yoke, 1-5/16 socket for rear axle yoke, and some 5/16 shallow sockets or wrench for removing the stock bolts.
If you're going to purchase these, pick up a 1-1/8 socket too - you'll need it for the front yoke if you ever change it out.

To remove the OE yoke you definitely need a puller. For the yoke bolt (yoke at the axle) I used a 8mm socket, the strange thing everything is metric but the nut for each yoke (t. case and axle both axles...).
JackMac4 don't you think the dust cover are useless? I'm a bit worry if you go in mud? I originally ordered JE REEL rear and front, only the t.case front came with the dust cover none the other.
For the anecdote, the JE REEL shaft were not the right size (CRD diesel engine) the rear was to long by 2'' and the front to short by ... 2'',
indeed the diesel engine is a 4 in line banger longer than the v6 so the t. case have been backed off by 2''... Before ordering I gave a call to JE REEL and it seems that they were not aware of this. So I ended up by ordering 2 shaft custom made from Tom Wood. So I have 2 JE REEL (rear and front) useless shaft if anyone is interseted
