Just installed PA 1" bl...(I have tips)
I did not have my camera with me during the install, so I will take pics later of the finished product and post them ASAP.
First off, let me say that although the instructions tell you to disconnect several things in the engine bay, I did not disconnect anything at all and had no issues whatsoever. I was careful though to lift each side of the Jeep only as much as I needed to get the pucks in.
So, the issues I did have are as follows....
I took out all of the stock bolts on one side and removed the washers from the factory bolts (which was a PITA even with a heavy hand held sledge type hammer). Went back over to the Jeep and installed the new hardware from front to back, but when I was installing the one by the rear bumper, I could not get the threads to catch. I lowered the Jeep and shoved the bolt into the hole without the puck or washer to see what was going on. The bolt went all the way in to the hole and bottomed out. I went over to the bench and looked at the factory bolts and that's when I realized that the rear most bolt was actually slightly fatter than the rest. So, I dug through the box of hardware from PA and found the 2 bolts that were in fact fatter than the rest. The directions say nothing about this at all. I then found the washer that actually came off the rear, and what do you know...it had a slightly fatter hole in it. I put the fatter washer on the fatter bolt, and went to install, only to find out that now it won't go through the puck! Turns out all the pucks had the same diameter hole in them. I went and found a drill the same size as the larger bolt, and drilled through the puck, and BINGO, now everything fit right.
Just wanted to share and also let those of you know this issue in case any one else goes to put this BL on. Everything else went fine. I even did the rear bumper mod (got the idea from another member on here) which raises the stock bumper up 1" so you cannot tell there is even a BL on the Jeep (other than the factory hitch is showing slightly more).
PICS SOON TO FOLLOW.....

the smaller diameter bolts fit in mine. passenger side one didn't line up at first so I jacked up the driver side and it lined up fine.(i just started all the bolts) seperating the washers from the stock bolts was the hardest part for me. (don't have a vise) I disconected everything because my luck the air bag would've deployed and my steering would've been way off.
hurry up and post some pics
