There's a nice looking left out there and not a single head out there to ride it. What gives? Hell if that picture was taken in Santa Cruz someone would be riding that shore barrel!

Usually in a parking lot sometimes on the roadside. There is only one beach that I know of in Cali that allows driving on it. 1 beach with over 1500 miles of coastline!!!
