Default Question for body lift owners

Hey everybody. Im Installing a Kilby evap can relocation kit and it requires the removal of a body bolt. (The rear pass side by the coil spring.) Anyways i tried to take it off but it just keeps spinning. Is there a nut on the top side of the bolt on the body? I looked inside and out and cant find anything. How did you guys take off the bolts? Im fustrated as hell
Any info will be appreciated

Default body lift

you will need apry bar to wedge it out. just did my 12 body bolts for the 1" lift. pry bar and some leverage and it should pop out. there is a lock washer that is holding it in place.
