Default arb locker modifications

"The ARB RD-117 Air Locker will fit a Jeep JK Wrangler X and Sahara rear Dana44/30 Spline and the RD-100 will fit the front Dana 30, both with minor modifications needed"

what are the modifications needed

Not sure about the D30, but the locker for the D44 will need to have the bolt holes reamed out to the next size up.

The ring gear bolts on most JK's is 1/2" so the holes will need to be reemed out on the locker, which is no big deal at all.

Also you will have to drill a hole in the housing for the air line but you have to do that with all ARB installs.

oh ok thats not big of a deal. thanks for the reply. but the hole that needs to be drilled for the air line, im assuming there is some type of connection that will go into the hole or gromet, something to seal the space around the air line

You will drill and tap. Then the fitting will screw into the tapped hole.
