For installers inexperienced with the JK Rubi lockers, it is not uncommon for them to damage the locker sensor. Apparently, there is some sort of trick to reinstall the carrier without damaging the sensor.

Yes, the installers messed up my rear sensor and had to replace it. The lockers still locked
by was not noted by the dash light. Common problem with inexperienced installers.
The first thing my shop did was put it 4 wheel drive to amke sure that it worked. I just carried it back for a 500 mile checkup. No problems and had Rockcrusher difs installed.
