you are running factory wheels and they have way too much back spacing. you will need to install the links on the inside of the sway bar, get new wheels with less backspacing or install wheel spacers. regarding your front end, the kit is designed to level out your factory rake.
Yes, I had the same problem with my Teraflex Full Flex 3" lift. Had to add the TF rear trackbar
brace which included the upper bracket that is a couple of inches up. It was explained to me
that the trackbar more level with the axle pulling on the axle would prevent the swaybar links from hitting the tire under
flex conditions. And....I need to go back and have the adjustable trackbar adjusted so
my rear axle is more centered, now about an inch off.
Just read the above post, will have to move the swaybars to
the inside!!

Yup. That's all normal. That's exactly how mine was. Folow WOL's advice and you'll be good to go.
I assume you got the lift so that you can put bigger tires on it. If you stay with the stock rims you'll need wheel spacers so the tires won't rub. The spacers will also give you the clearance you need for the sway bar links. Or, if you get new wheels, they will have more backspace which will give you the clearance too.
See the Wheels and Tires FAQ for more backspacing info:

I have the same lift and installing the links on the inside corrected it for me.
