Default Rugged Ridge light bar for JK

When installing this light bar, do you need to cut the spacer panal to allow the bracket to come thru? The instructions said no modifcations were needed to install but the pics I look at appear to come thru that spacer panal.

Thanks for the help.

Mike

I was looking at that too. Unless it mounts to the top of that panel using the holes where the plastic screws are on the ends of it.

Default RR light bar

Thanks for your reply. I got my head out of the place where the sun don't shine and figured it out. You slide the bracket over and under the plastic spacer and if works out fine.

It is on and looking good.

Default Light bar

Look close and you will see that the plastic spacer panal is sandwiched between the bracket. If you need help, let me know.
