Default Solid Diff Covers + LubeLockers= Cant keep bolts tight!

Alright...

This is starting to annoy me.

I have tightened the cover bolts 3 seperate times. Each time, They were only finger tight... How does that happen?

Spoke with JackMac and he said that this is normal, And to use red LocTite on the bolts.

Does anyone else have or had this problem? Did the loctite cure this problem?

Thanks for the help!

i haven't heard many good things about lube locker. I just used RTV and haven't had any issues, even after teeter-tottering on the diff this past weekend on Yellowjacket @ Rausch Creek.

My thoughts... get rid of the lube lockers and go back to RTV.

SOLID D44 covers front and rear w/ Lubelockers....

No loctite used and no problems so far.

FYI.... ordered 4 covers an no loctite was received with any, only black RTV received.
