Default 4 inch long arm + 35's

Hello I just ordered the rims/tires for my jeep. Once I got them in I will be able to install my 4" long arm Tera flex lift. Here is my question.

With the Mickey Thompson Rock Biter 17r x 9 rims + 35x12.50x17r <-- Baja Radial ATZ.

Should I worry with gearing its a 2d 2007 Hard top It's a manual transmission? 410 diffs atm.
Also should I worry about welding axle gussets on at the same time since it's a d30 front axle?

I'm not worried about doing things correctly that's why I waited to order rims to fit my 35's and not spacers. Also I want to make sure I don't break anything once I put it in some hairy situations. I am going to be doing trails mostly and I want to be able to rock crawl around and go over things. I try and avoid mud as much as possible but I do go through it when it is in the way of a trail I want to explore.

I would love any input that you guys will have. Oh on the 4" long arm I have everything that is needed to install it etc along with drive shaft(s) etc. I'm just mainly concerned with the axle strength etc.

Many thanks for your time and consideration

*edit* Sorry i left off that it's a manual transmission and not an auto.

Drive it with the 4.10's and see what you think. OD will be pretty much usless. I drove mine like that over a year before I regeared. If you want a slower crawl for rocks and have the$$$, then get some 5.13's

My 07 Rubi has 35's and it's a little sluggish but not too bad. I can see a re-gear in my future once I get everything else taken care of. As for strength, I would look into upgraded axle shafts or an axle swap, I've broken my LF axle shaft twice now and that's with the 44.
