Bent axle shaft
Well after I had the dealership replace a rear axle seal on the driver’s side under warranty, I drove home and noticed that when I applied the brake it squealed real badly. Turned around and took it back, and was then told that I had glazed the brakes from the 35's. I told them BS because it hadn't done that when I brought it in. So I left it there for the day and they fixed it I thought. It progressively got worse over the next week. Took it back in and had one of the guys in the service dept. drive it around the lot so he could hear the noise. Long story short, some how upon re-assembling it after the axle seal they bent the axle. I have not heard of this happening before so they must have used a gorilla to put it all back together.
So I'm waiting on a new axle to show up and be installed. Has anyone had this happen before?
