Default Adjustable cam kit for alignment???

My Jeep has been pulling to the right for months now. I’ve had it aligned several times and it doesn’t improve. They keep setting it back to spec's which doesn't work with the mod's... It’s got a 2.5” lift with 33’s and 1.25” spacers. It’s been suggested that I install an Adjustable Cam Kit (kit by SPC).
I was wondering who else has had this issue and what was done to resolve it? Would the kit weaken the off-roading capabilities???
I already talked to the dealership and they said it would void any alignment warranty (of course). Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. My tires are wearing unevenly and I’m tired of fighting the steering wheel… Thanks!

Get some adjustable control arms. Upper or lower will work. Then you can get your caster back to were it needs to be.

FYI if you don't have adjustable arms (or cam bolts = bad) the alignment shop you have been going to is full of shit. They can not set the jeep with in spec. All they did was set your toe which should not go out unless you hit something.

Also have you rotated your tires to see if the pull goes away? Could be tire pull or push. And the flighty steering wheel is do to bad caster.

I've had the same problem...took it to several shops and everyone tells me it checks out fine. I have adjustable control arms on a 4" lift. I'm interested to hear what others have to say.

I agree that it could be a tire pull, or push. For example the Toyos M/Ts are famous for doing this even when still new.

Thanks for the info. I don't think I have adjustable arms... I haven't hit anything. My tires get rotated regularly and the pull doesn't change. So the bolts would be a bad idea right? I'll have to look into the arms then... any advice on what to get and where the best place would be?

Yeah, it checks out fine every time and I still have the same problem. Go figure.

I didn't have the problem before the lift so I don't think it's the tires.

Yes cam bolts are a bad idea they can come lose and shift the axle.

Rock krawler, JKS, Currie, Tera Flex all make good arms just depends on your price.

Currie, Offroad Evolution and Rebel Offroad are all local good shops.

Off Road Evo is where I go...still can't seem to find anything wrong. I did notice one tire seems to "toe-out" more than the other. But not sure if this is the problem.

I would check that the steering wheel is absolutly on center...have the tires/wheels balanced.... check the bolts that hold the control arms...they are reputed to have threads that extend into the join causing wear....some people replace them with bolts with longer sholders...

if the lift changed the axles' alignment with each other, the track bars, maybe a rear bracket would help...
alot of gueses here ... i hope you find the solution soon !!
