Barbeque at Poway Jeep, June 29 - Official sign-up thread

UPDATE:
Just a couple of items. An entire lot is being cordoned off for our Jeeps. We'd like to get them parked (yes, maybe even a stack of two) early, so please try to arrive between 10:30 and 11 if you can. Please don't arrive before 10:30 as we won't be ready to park you. If you can't make it early we'll still be able to park you, we'll just need to watch out for pedestrians.
Both Veterans 360 and 4 Wheel To Heal will be joining us. These two organizations are doing great work in supporting our injured active-duty and wounded veteran military.
While its technically not a car show it might be nice to get your Jeep a little shinier than usual. The entire lot is being emptied of sale vehicles, so we'll be putting some on display pads, and one on a display ramp!
Chairs and tables will be there so folks can sit while they eat, but you might want to bring your camp chair in case turnout is larger than expected.
Rockin' RC will be at the barbecue with their big portable rock crawling course and a bunch of RC crawlers for you to show your stuff with! You're welcome to bring your own RC rigs to play on the course with (I know a few folks picked up some Axial JKs at Rebel a few weeks ago).

A free barbeque could turn very expensive very quickly.
