We need to set a date a couple weeks ahead of time and set aside a weekend to go up there, camp, etc. It was down in the 40's this past weekend at night so it would be perfect to camp. We need to put it together soon tho!!
Sorry again you couldn't make it
Looks like someone is volunteering to setup a run/camp trip! Thanks for sharing your pics it looks like it was a blast!

Isa just laughed at the sound of the mamacitas run!!! I also think I saw a little bit of fear in her eyes.. !!!

I don't mind setting up a run. We just need to figure out when is best for everyone!!!

Too cool!
My stb 16 yr old daughter would love to do that but after my first (and only) drive with her on road there's absolutely no way of that happening any time soon!

Maybe she just needs a chance to drive off-road That's where I learned to drive

It is near lake arrowhead. Take 173 all the way till it ends and you will hit the Pinnacle Staging Area. Then take 3N34. It splits a couple times and we took all the easiest trails at the beginning since we were by ourselves (any type of truck/jeep/etc can make it on the "moderate" rated trails...we weren't even aired down or using 4wd)

I'm sorry I don't have a more specific location. We just kind of stumbled upon it. THe water was in the first half an hour on the trail from the staging area.

I hope that gives you some idea.

pinnacle staging area. Cool! I got the gps coordinates for that. Thanks! I'm in Big Bear with my family right now and we'll hit that trail on our way home tomorrow.
