Default For those who have attended in the past.....

Is the area spread out? We are thinking of dragging our bicycles along to get around when we are not jeepin..... Not sure how far away venders will be from where people will be camping, etc....

Will definitely stop by. I purchased my spiderweb Shade 3 years ago. Still looks like new. (I will probably purchase new ball tie-downs, my rear straps seem to be loosing their elasticity.) Great product tho!

I would say a bike is a good idea. its a walk from the camping area to the vendor/main area.

Not a long walk but a bike couldn't hurt.

Checked their FB Page, looks ok as this was posted at 8 tonight....

IE4W's Big Bear Forest Fest
2 hrs ·
The Lake Fire continues to grow and is now around 10,000 acres. The fire started around Jenks Lake approx 10 to 12 miles from Snow Valley and has continued to move away from us around 7 or 8 miles to the east and 2 to 3 miles south. The 38 remains closed - alternate routes are the 330 up the front side of the Mountain and the 18 from the desert side. We have continued the set up for Forest Fest and see little impact from the fire so hope to see all of you up here tomorrow and Saturday for another fantastic event.

Were leaving Anaheim around 11am tomorrow if anyone wants to caravan.

Up at Big Bear Forest Fest now and all is good. Fire is burning on the other side of the mountain and wind is blowing eastward. Don't be worried about coming up to Big Bear.
