I just wanted to start a new thread. I did not want to highjack "Stock Jeep in Big Bear - June 13" My wife and 3 young kids 4,6,and 7 are heading to BB. We don't have too much planed for the weekend. If anyone is coming up and would like to meet up for a run pm me your number. When we are not on the trail we will be by the pool, so if that sounds good to you your more than welcome to join us. Just remember with 3 kids the word relaxing does not come into play. We have a trailer at Big Bear Shores rv park.

We are also going to be up ther Fathers Day weekend. If anyone plans a run that weekend I'm in.

I would plan them but I am leaving that to Ty and the experts. i have no clue about the different trails.

As Rob (Ogie) has stated, Father's Day weekend is the Big Bear Forest Fest. They have runs planned for Friday night, Saturday, & Sunday. Quite a few rigs are signed-up for the event; and the run schedule includes nearly every trail in the Big Bear area. There is going to be lots of *trail traffic* that weekend.

The staging/camping area for the event is the Snow Valley parking lot. The boys & I will be up there that weekend participating in the BBFF Event. It should be a great time.

Maybe the boys & I can stop by the pool for a swim and visit.

It sounds like Fathers day weekend will be tough.

Ty, hopefully we can get together. Anderson is always talking about your boys. i think he wants to go wheelin because he assumes your kids will be there.

 

Well, my boys are pretty much always with me, especially in Big Bear & when wheelin'. And, my boys have asked me about a dozen times when they get to visit/swim with their new Big Bear friends.

 

Serrano is booked full every weekend for the rest of the summer. Bummer

 

My Big Bear Forest Fest (June 19, 20 & 21) runs are:

Friday Night: John Bull (but likely going to pass on it because the Saturday run starts at 6:30 am);
Saturday: Tri-County Social Run (Mottino Wash - a non-listed, invitation only run);
Sunday: Onyx Summit
