Default Big bear trip

So I was up in big bear from Monday till tonight during the crazziest blizzard I have seen in a long time. I'm soo impressed with the capabilities of the stock jeep. While every other car was getting stuck or spinning out with chains, I didnt even have to break mine out.

The only point where I got stuck was when we pulled up to the cabin facing 3 feet of snow... So I decided to be a little thick headed and try to plow through it to the door. I ended up getting half way to the door then spent the next 30 min digging myself out.

One of the locals told me that apparently it hasn't snowed this bad in big bear for 20 years

this was my first time in snow since i got my jeep and i love how it handles in these conditions. it was so fun to drive in that blizzard, and also watching people slide around all over the place :P i even got to pull a navigator up a hill cause he was stuck

Lets see if this works....

This tractor came after I tried to plow through the snow. He even got stuck a few times and almost pulled down the power lines

This is only the first night snowing... I got blocked in by everyone else so did not end up snowboarding. I was seriously considering driving through the snow to get out.

Thats the amount of snow that fell by the last day..

Theres a beer bottle in this picture....try to find it lol
