Brake controller install?

Default Brake controller install?

Anyone install one of these in their jeep? I ordered one from etrailer but no harness.

Personally I would not bother with trailer brake since the tow rating on our Jeeps is so low. Generally you use trailer brake on loads over 5000 lbs which ours cant tow. I'd use the money elsewhere.

Well technically the rule is thumb is if its over 1500lbs use trailer brake. If you ever feel the trailer pushing you use trailer brakes

Stock brakes are barely big enough for the jeep alone. I tow a 3500lb trailer, over hilly and rough terrain. Often going down slope with the weight pushing. Will long distance trips through the mountains. The brake controller is already bought, I was seeing if anyone has installed it.
