I think the Jeep is upset with me for not staying in Moab longer. Today, the check engine light on my 2009 JKU came on. I checked for codes and got the following - P0218, High Temperature Operation Activated - P0455, Evap Purge System Large Leak - P1790, Fault Immediately After Shift. I checked all connections on the Evap Canister, Cat Converter and whatever else I could tug on. Then, disconnected the negative battery cable for 10 minutes. Once reconnected, I drove the Jeep for about 10 minutes. The check engine light is off. And, no more codes are coming up. Anyone have experience with something similar? Could it have been a false alarm? Or, if not, will I see the check engine light and codes again in the near future?

I tried searching the forum but the search function has not been working for me today. Not sure if it is my problem or a forum issue.

Any input is greatly appreciated.
