I think he means driving alone..as in..no one in the passenger seat. That's OK as long as you're with other people. Like Karyn said, there are going to be a lot of people up there for the "just in case" factor, but normally, you don't want to go alone (ie the only jeep). Usually you should at least go out with another jeep.
However, I had no one to go with me today, so yes, I was asking if it was ok to be in a group of Jeeps with mine being a single person vehicle.

Well... we just got back from Cleghorn.
we only seen 4 other vehicles...????
one red TJ heading west, and a group of 3 (a white TJ, white Land Rover and a grey Pathfinder..)
and thats IT...? but it was between 1 and 4pm.. we thought it might rain, that would have made it fun.

i did see a number of nice fresh mud tread tracks... "Clacky tracks" maybe???
and it was DRY, only a couple of tiny water puddles.

it was cool to see how deep the snow WAS on our last trip....
and all in all a really peacefull drive.
