Default Dealers in Socal?

Hey all!

I'm new to the forums and Jeeps in general, but excited about picking up a 2011 Rubi JKU in the next couple of weeks.

2 questions:

1. Would you recommend I wait for the 2012's?
2. Any particular dealers I should work with over others?

Thanks much and stoked about beeing a soon to be JKU owner.

P.S. I'm in dowtown if that helps.

Hello, welcome to the forum.

Thought I'd pitch in since you're in Downtown because I do not recommend going to Motor Village of L.A.

Consider buying fleet/Internet like I did. That way you can get multiple dealers in the area all vying for your business.

The folks at Glenn E. Thomas Dodge in Signal Hill are awesome! I drive past 3 other dealerships to get there but always worth the drive.

I really appreciate all the feedback guys (and jeep-girl ).

GET seems like a solid dealership and have reached out to them on a 2011 to see what kind of deal I can get.

BTW, any validity behind the Pentastar rumors for 2012? I've searched and I'm not seeing anything official at this time.

Search the forum using the keyword 2012. It will tell you what you want to know.

A great way to do it is, figure out exactly what you want. Email that list to all the dealerships around you and tell them to respond with their best offer. Also include that you want a $ amount not a phone # to come in. If they won't give that price to you then they don't want your business. See who comes in the lowest and go from there.
Best of luck!!
