No, that was not THE big one. Cal Tech is now saying it was centered in Diamond Bar. The Northridge quake was a 6.7 and a hell of a lot bigger. Felt like it lasted about 40 seconds here in Valencia. It killed my internet connection for a few.

It was a little jerky here too, in the beginning. Then when I thought it might be over it went to rolling. Lasted a lot longer than ten seconds, but maybe because there were so many close together in Chino it just felt like one big long one.
