Default Imperial Sand Dunes?

I was just looking at possible new trail and stumbled onto the Imperial Sand Dunes website. Has anyone been there? Seems like it would be a lot of fun.

Its alot of fun with quads or a sand rail. But I think are jeeps are kinda big fat pigs that dont do so well in the sand . If you do go just air down to like 7lbs and you should be ok

Also known as GLAMIS. You'll be ok in the small dunes and sand hiway, just as Joe Lightfoot stated air down.

sand can be fun, but you have to air down, my stock rubi tires have to be at 8 psi to run the sand.

I run the dunes on the michigan shoreline.

Jeeps actually do great on dunes. Now is the best time to go there. After the rain that we had in SoCal, sand dunes became solid and you'll easly drive your jeep out there. .Of course, jeeps won't do well as quads, but...just air down and you'll be ok.
I'm going either 19-22 or last week of Feb.
