I feel like I should post up an update as I'm getting questions about how to get product for the event.

Just to keep this simple and proper, it's best to buy from my website directly. I ship USPS, so if an order is placed by 3:30 today, it will be delivered within the So Cal area by tomorrow. Looks like I am gonna have some time off for awhile....

After 14 years of dedicated service to my job I was let go yesterday .......... Anyone in the need of a merchandise manager please let me know, I have worked for the worlds largest retailer for all of my working life and have excellent customer service. Also anyone know of a labor attorney that I can speak to, I feel as well as others that I was wrongfully terminated.

 

I really wish i could go to this, it sounds like fun to me.

It sucks and was unexpected... I basically got screwed for going above and beyond! The best part was the member I went above and beyond for, wrote a thank you letter to our CEO of Sam's/ Wal*Mart about me. To top my day off my wife was in surgery at the time I was let go. I'm not letting it get me down though. I still have my forum family to keep my spirits up, and an interview today that was already in the works.

unfortunately, i've gotta run but i just wanted to throw in a quick note that you need to make sure that you wear shoes to this event - no sandals. working on jeeps with open toes is not a good idea. i'll try to chime in again soon.

oh, also, if anyone has any easy-ups, could you please bring them. we will be setting up out front of ore and doing installs out there as well. needless to say, some shade out there would be nice.
