We've got a spot at the campground as well with our buddy JKMarine. We do plan to run a couple of trails and are thinking about doing The Squeeze, Pinyon Drop-off, visiting the Slot and might take Rodriguez Canyon back up to the Banning Grade then do dinner in Julian one night.

Nothing is set in stone as we want this to be a relaxing weekend so we're really just planning to play it by ear so we aren't posting up official runs with details. I'll try to look you guys up when we get to the campground but since we aren't arriving until Saturday we might not see you until that evening.

The trails around Double Peak have some good caches, too.

We will be in the campground near the fenceline. I have a grey JK and an older 33 foot motorhome. Be 2 white JK's with me. Maybe see you there.

Gonna PM you.

we would love to do that, maybe get the Jeep dirty and find some caches at the same time. Be nice to see you and Brenda again.

Thumbs up Good Times!

Hey ya'll, great time this weekend and very nice meeting you!

I think the coolest part was the water area; how weird was that???

ANyway, Frank~I am gonna copy your fender cutting job so maybe in a couple weeks I can shoot down and get specifics???

Thanks again, good times!

Paul - had an awesome time thanks again for inviting us to join you and the Jeeps R Us gang for the Mud Caves run! They are a bunch of cool guy's & gals. That heat was kicking our asses and the lack of sleep the night before didn't help so retreating to the swimming pool was the ticket! Hung out with Vince and a few others which was cool to get all the history from the ole timers! Agree the water crossing in the desert was weird but it was great to get the story from Vince about where it originates and how it makes it's way to that location.

Anytime you want to come down we can definitely work on a template using Brenda's lines for your fender chop! Great meeting you and the family and thanks again for giving way to us on the way out...we did the Slot then called it a weekend and headed on home. Blonda will post up our pics at some point in the Trails and Tales section. Take care and hope to talk again soon!
