I'm thinking about doing a Rubicon Run in late June anywhere between 6/22-29. I can't make the July trip unfortunately. I've only done the trail in late summer and I imagine it could be a bit rougher and not the best time to go for less capable rigs. Let me know If anyone with a capable rig is interested or is already going during this time. I'll keep checking trail status as it gets closer and hopefully things will dry up over the next month. If not then maybe a slick rock trip. Just want to see who wants to go anytime during those dates.

Haven't seen you since Roktoberfest last year! I think you would get a few of us NorCal guys to go to either run. 12 of us are actually running Slickrock this weekend!

 

Rocktoberfest was a blast! I hope to go again this year. Are you going again? Ya I haven't been able to do a whole lot of wheelin' this year so far. I went to work for a new company and I've been pretty tied up with work since December. My Uncle has been wanting to do a rubicon trip so I figured I'd try and put something together or see if we could tag along on someone elses trip. I'd love to go wheeling with you and some Nor Cal Guys. Let me know what dates between 6/22-29 will work for you. A weekday run would probably be ideal but I understand if people have trouble scheduling that and want to start the trail on Sat 6/23 as well. I'm pretty flexible and the earliest day I could drive up from So Cal would be Fri 6/22. The latest departure back to So Cal for me would have to be on Fri 6/29. Feel free to do some planning with the Nor Cal guys and let me know what you guys can do. Enjoy Slick Rock! If I wasn't out of town working I'd be begging to come tag along.
